Follow the replacement interval and rated capacity stated for your filter model. A six-month interval is common for refrigerator filters, but water quality and use may require an earlier replacement. Keep a note of the installation date and check the instructions for your specific filter.
Keep an unused filter in its original sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Follow any storage instructions and dates printed on the packaging. Check the package for damage before installation.
Follow the installation instructions for your filter and refrigerator model. Fit the cartridge securely in the specified locking position, without forcing it past that point. If it does not fit easily, stop and contact our team to check compatibility.
Each refrigerator model has its own reset process. Check your refrigerator’s user manual for exact steps after replacing the filter.
Trapped air can cause cloudiness after a filter change. Flush the filter as directed in its installation instructions; the amount of water varies by model. If the cloudiness persists after flushing, or the water is discolored, contact our team before using it.
