If something didn’t go as planned — we’re here to help.
30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery — no hard feelings.

To return an item, just make sure:

  • the filter hasn’t been used or installed
  • the packaging is still intact

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

6-Month Care Warranty

Your clean-water journey matters to us.

If your filter isn’t working the way it should — taste, flow, fit, anything — just reach out within 6 months, and we’ll:

  • help troubleshoot,
  • replace your filter, or
  • offer a refund.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

Send us a quick email at wildberriesnyc@gmail.com with:

  • your name
  • order number
  • a short note about what happened
  • photo/video if helpful

We reply within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If we made a mistake or the product is defective — we cover return shipping.
  • If you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind, return shipping is on you (we’ll guide you through it).

Refund Timing

Once your return arrives and is checked in, refunds take 3–5 business days to appear on your account.

A Few Things We Can’t Take Back

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of:

  • used or installed filters
  • items without original packaging
